Key Roles / Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Capture, define, and prioritize user requirements working closely with the customer towards a successful product with product market fit. Define and articulate clear user requirements, prioritizing features to achieve a harmonious balance between innovation, usability, and technical feasibility.
  • Enhance Existing Products: Elevate our current product line through continuous improvement and innovation, optimizing it for superior market fit and customer satisfaction.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Actively engage in UAT to ensure the final product reflects planned features and functions.
  • Discover and Conceptualize Support: Help in the discovery and conceptualization of novel software products and solutions tailored to the oil and gas industry's target market.
  • Product Vision and Adoption: Communicate a clear and compelling product vision, securing buy-in at all organizational levels, and fostering customer adoption through comprehensive training and support including onboarding.
  • Continuous Learning and Integration: Remain relentlessly inquisitive, proactively learning new industry domains, and integrating fresh technologies into LINQX’s offerings.
  • Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate exemplary analytical and creative skills to address complex challenges and drive product differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Customer Interaction and Feedback: Navigate customer interactions with finesse, distilling nuanced feedback into actionable product intelligence.

 

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or related experience;a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Significant experience in product development, particularly within the oil and gas technology sector, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches;Experience in fracturing and fracturing software.
  • Expertise in analytical problem-solving, creative innovation, and strategic thinking.
  • Robust communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholder groups at multiple levels in the customer organization.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in user training and support, driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Naturally inclined to learn new technologies and continually explore the application of new technology to our products and solutions
  • Strong command of current technologies and a visionary in applying them to product development.
  • Exposure to the software development lifecycle in a Microsoft DevOps environment is preferred.
  • Identifies tools and techniques that can add to efficiency in prototyping, create mockups, and capture user requirements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of leading multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for the role.
