Position Overview:
The IT Services Programmer Team member will be responsible for assisting customers both internal and external with various requests for support. - Software Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Workstation Configuration/Troubleshooting
- User Account Troubleshooting
- Server Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Network Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Switch Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Other Miscellaneous Items as Needed
- Security System Requests
- Software Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Access Control Configuration/Troubleshooting
- Video Camera Configuration/Troubleshooting
- User Training

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- IT College related degree (preferred)
- IT support: 2 or more years preferred
- Security System Support: 2 years (preferred)
- Familiarity with one or more of the following systems
- Access Control
- Genetec
- Software House
- Honeywell
- CCTV/Video Surveillance
- Genetec
- Salient
- IPConfigure
- Milestone
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Currently licensed or must have the ability to immediately obtain TXDPS Security License
Compensation:
- Salary ranging between $ 50, 000 and $ 85, 000 per year, based on experience, certifications, training, and fit for position
- Inclusion in Operational Incentive Program, which shares excess profits as bonuses
