Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support including processing, answering phones, scheduling, and record keeping
- Provides support to internal P&C Claims Adjusters and appraisers by communicating with internal customers and vendors regarding work assignments. Assisting appraisers by maintaining schedules and dispatching work assignments.
- Communicates with appraisers, independent apprising/adjusting firms and repair facilities on real time changes or updates to assignments.
Required Experience:
- Communication - One year experience
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Organizational Skills
- Learning Agility
