Job Description


What You'll Do:
  • Accounting go to person: Analyze financial information, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records –you'll be the go-to person for all things accounting!
  • Master the monthly close: Help streamline our month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Embrace the details: Maintain meticulous records and assist with accounts payable, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the best: Partner with the CFO and other departments to drive informed decision-making.
  • Be a team player: Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, participating in training and special projects.

 

Requirements:

Who We're Looking For:
  • Accounting expert: You possess a BA in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable navigating the intricacies of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for keeping things organized.
  • Self-directed and proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Communication pro: You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Bonus points: Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is a plus!
