Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow an EMCS (Energy Management Control Systems) Division within the Jacksonville market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, driving revenue, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) space.

Key Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Strategy
- Lead branch operations and serve as the primary decision-maker for the local EMCS market
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, client relationships, and operational execution
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
Project Execution & Financial Management
- Oversee all EMCS project procurement, execution, and delivery
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting
- Negotiate contracts, scope, and pricing to ensure profitability
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly billing projections
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent within the division
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
- Maintain accountability across teams to ensure productivity and results
Field Oversight & Quality Control
Perform job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Enforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with electrical installation of HVAC control systems
- Strong background in estimating, sales, project management, and operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated leadership experience hiring and developing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
