Analysts will be required to respond to email messages from various teammates. Many tools are housed and found in Box folders and many are found in Excel.

While working independently, investigation fraud claims to determine member liability. On occasion, make outbound calls to members to inform them of the outcome of the dispute.              

Candidate should be comfortable making calls and de-escalating members. They should be able to work independently and have critical thinking skills.

Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities. Handles most aspects of the dispute cycle specific to debit card fraud by conducting the appropriate research and communicating the outcome to the member/vendor in a professional and timely manner. Applies moderate analytical problem-solving skills by accurately identifying the issue and determining the best outcome.
