- Strong working experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) areas.
- Proven understanding of federal laws, rules, and regulations applicable to financial institutions.
- Second Line of Defense (SLOD) with Finance experience.
- Certifications in Business Continuity (e.G., ABCP, CBCP, MBCP) and possibly a Risk Management (e.G., CRISC) certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills, with ability to present complex and critical issues to management.
- Experience providing oversight and governance of risk management activities.
