Job Description
Responsibilities:
- This team will strictly be processing AMEX Chargebacks.
- They are looking for someone that has any type of credit card chargeback experience – it doesn’ t have to be AMEX. They will train on the AMEX guidelines, if they need to. They are similar to Visa.
- Will require some member contact – email and phone. Will send out “ Need more information” letters.
- End to end chargeback processing – getting the initial dispute all the way through decisioning the case.
