- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and meet the company’s auto insurance requirements.
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in estimating civil construction projects, including concrete, sitework, and wet utilities.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting project management tasks or familiarity with project management concepts.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Bid2Win is required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as AutoCAD and AgTek is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and utility purveyor standards.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier loads.
- Perform physical activities such as balancing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
- Engage in repetitive motion and grasping.
- Requires visual acuity, hearing, and mental alertness for essential job functions.
- Ability to work in both office and construction site settings.
