Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a Credit Services team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, regulatory compliance knowledge, and commercial lending expertise to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing, documentation, and closing activities.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a Credit Services team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, regulatory compliance knowledge, and commercial lending expertise to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing, documentation, and closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Credit Services team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Oversee preparation, review, and finalization of commercial loan documents for C&I, CRE, and SBA transactions.
Review title policies, collateral evaluations, and vendor documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and third-party vendors to facilitate loan closings.
Ensure compliance with OCC, federal, and state lending regulations, maintaining robust internal controls and audit readiness.
Monitor and evaluate team performance against metrics for speed, quality, and customer service;identify and implement process improvements.
Coordinate and support audit requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in commercial loan processing, documentation, or closing (experience with legal documentation preferred).
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with attention to detail.
