Job Description
General Job Summary:
Responsible for daily supervision and functioning of a drop/bury team.
Principal duties and Responsibilities:
Work Order Management: Coordinate and assign daily drop bury work orders to field technicians and subcontractors.
Scheduling & Routing: Balance workloads and ensure routes are efficient and timely to meet project deadlines.
Communication: Update customers on appointment statuses, answer inquiries, and keep field leadership informed.
Documentation & Compliance: Track job progress, verify completion, process paperwork, and ensure all work meets quality control standards.
Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated issues like missed appointments, site-specific delays, or contractor performance concerns.
Field verifying location and nature of work being performed
Schedule drop
Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crew working on project.
Maintain contract schedule.
Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
Ensure safety practices and procedures are being followed at all times.
Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma
Previous experience as a drop bury tech
Strong connections for additional drop bury crews
Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to handle multiple tasks
