Description:
Develop concepts and write copy and edit content for property and casualty claims. Consults with Claims and Legal SMEs to obtain information on claims processes and digital communication requirements including style and length of copy. Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and while observing digital content communication governance. Demonstrate creativity and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
Property and casualty insurance claims experience highly desirable. Demonstrated delivery and understanding of digital communication channels.
