Position Summary
The Credit Services Loan Administrator supports the lending team by managing post-underwriting loan processes and ensuring all documentation, compliance, and customer service standards are met. This role is key in coordinating commercial and consumer loan closings, maintaining organized records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the loan operations team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all back-office functions following commercial loan underwriting.
  • Prepare, review, and process loan packages and related correspondence.
  • Coordinate real estate loan activities, including appraisals, closing agents, and attorneys.
  • Verify loan application accuracy and ensure compliance with internal loan policies.
  • Communicate loan decisions and gather required documentation from clients and agents.
  • Prepare reports, update loan pipeline tracking, and assist with departmental reporting.
  • Review signed loan documents, disburse funds, collect fees, and record collateral documents (UCC filings, etc.).
  • Work with Underwriters to resolve credit and collateral exceptions.
  • Maintain and organize electronic loan files and handle post-closing follow-up documentation.
  • Administer annual review and tickler tracking for all active loans.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, consumer, or real estate lending.
  • Proficiency with web-based applications for research and UCC filings.
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
