Job Description
Job Duties:
- Proficiently document and articulate stories to execution teams including clear and concise acceptance criteria, decision documentation, and appropriate hand-off conversations
- Communicate business intent and success criteria to the team(s) directly and through clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Escalate impediments or blockers in a timely fashion to avoid unnecessary delays
- Maintain a healthy and prioritized team backlog
- Demonstrate effective test plan creation and oversight of user acceptance testing
Required Experience:
- Proficient Development Product Owner experience at USAA
- Advanced story writing experience
- P&C Insurance experience (specifically Property Insurance)
- Proficient experience using Jira, JWM
