Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume payment processing and control validation activities. This role is critical in ensuring accurate handling of physical checks, data entry, and compliance with established service level objectives (SLOs).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with financial documents, and thrives in a structured production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process 200–500 pieces of physical mail daily
- Scan and accurately input check and payment data into internal systems
- Perform high-volume data entry into Salesforce and other tracking platforms
- Validate control reviews executed by the production team to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support service level objectives (SLOs) by maintaining processing timelines
- Utilize MS Office tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues related to payment processing or data integrity
- Experience with data entry in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with check processing
- Comfortable handling financial documents and money movement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience entering data into CRM systems such as Salesforce
