Must have independently worked on at least 2 to 3 mid to large-sized development projects
Supports the creation of unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues
Provides accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks
Ensures project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met
Designs and develops high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule
Documents possible improvements under the guidance of more tenured resources
Daily duties will include following Agile practices using Jira for features, stories and spikes, Using Git as your software repository all being performed on a Windows desktop. Write code to deliver features, and improvements, on a regular basis. Investigates and resolve technical problems and production issues through troubleshooting techniques. Continually improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Follows the software development lifecycle. Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. Ability to quickly understand applicable business acumen to provide appropriate Engineering solutions

- Basic Understanding of one or more of the following: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL
- Knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting applications and systems within production issues.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools.
