Job Description


Title: Digital Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $70, 000 - $85, 000

 

 

 

The ideal candidate would be technically capable and business savvy, preferably with working knowledge of:


-   Google Analytics - Universal and GA4
-   Tag Management Solutions (Google Tag Manager)
-   JavaScript knowledge
-   Digital Media Platform Analytics (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) plus but not required
-   Data Visualization Solutions (Google Data Studio, Tableau, NinjaCat) plus but not required
 


Roles and Responsibilities Include:
-   Auditing and Implementing Google Analytics 4

-   Leveraging Google Tag Manager to implement Google Analytics 4 and Marketing Tags

-   Providing recommendations and insights to clients for maximizing value from Web Analytics. 

-   Providing consulting services to clients for solving their digital analytics strategy and technical needs

-   Performing quality assurance tests on web analytics implementations

-   Identifying trends or changes in the data. Assess impact to the business and inform key business stakeholders

-   Conduct adhoc analysis and data pulls, as needed

-   Conduct Google Analytics training for clients when requested

-   Gather business requirements related to web analytics needs

-   Develop and recommend digital analytics data collection best practices
-   Lead technical aspects of web analytics implementations

 

  

 

Job Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
-   2+ years of hands-on experience with installing, optimizing, and reporting with Google Analytics or a similar tool
-   Experience with tag management implementations like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc
-   JavaScript knowledge
-   Ability to analyze traffic and find opportunities and insights
-   Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or accuracy
-   Experience leading conversations with clients preferred
-   Strong knowledge of Excel preferred
-   Experience with A/B testing a plus
-   SEO / SEM experience a plus
