Job Description
What You Will Do: Supports marketing campaign execution from start to finish, including responsive HTML/CSS coding, audience build, business approval, quality assurance, and deployment. Provides campaign improvement recommendations based on data. Builds, executes and reports campaign engagement of digital campaigns targeted to multiple audiences and segments. Helps provide the best marketing communication tactics by optimizing message and frequency for our marketing and real-time campaigns. Ensures messaging is clearly conveyed and delivered properly to target audiences. Responsible for HTML/CSS email code, testing, scheduling/sending, reporting metrics, and managing deliverability and opt-outs. Maintains and makes updates as necessary to existing email templates using email design principles in line with SSFCU branding. Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to the organization's digital marketing vision, purpose, and abide by our core values. What We Require: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science/Information Systems, or related field. Minimum three (3) years of experience in digital marketing/email campaign execution, implementation, testing, analytics and planning. HTML/CSS coding experience. Strong editing, proofreading and composition skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with all levels of internal and external contacts in a professional manner. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud or similar email/data automation tool used for the development of email campaigns, data warehouses and audiences. Working knowledge and understanding of sales analytics regarding digital marketing. HTML/CSS coding experience. An understanding of SQL including multi-table joins, grouping and aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filters. Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
