Position Summary
This position utilizes strong data analysis and communication skills to coordinate Engineering changes for products and their components, coordinates implementation of engineering changes, finalizes breakpoints, follows up new parts until first receipt, coordinates the disposal or return of replaced parts, authorizes and implements BOM deviations, makes disposition of obsolete material, and drives readiness controls activity.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Manufacturing environment requiring safety equipment.
- Office environment.
Equipment and Tools Used / Working Conditions
- 40 hours weekly.
- No travel.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- 7 -10 years’ experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Stellar proficiency in Excel (VBA, Complex Formulas).
- Ability to create and present detailed and summary reports.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to communicate in a high-pressure environment.
Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- 3+ years’ experience with Engineering Change Orders and Bills of Materials In An ERP System.
- Project Management.
- Familiarity with Infor LX, PTC Windchill, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access
- MLA product knowledge.
- Strong team orientation and cross functional attitude.
