Job Description
Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney
Location: Onsite –Flower Mound, TX
Relocation: Open to relocation candidates

•3–5 years of experience in litigation and family law
•Confident courtroom presence with the ability to work independently on cases
•A “coachability”mindset —early-career attorney who is open to learning but doesn’t require hand-holding
•Strong integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
•Someone who genuinely cares about helping people through complex family matters

Key Responsibilities:
•Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and modification cases
•Develop case strategy and manage all aspects of litigation from intake to final resolution
•Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
•Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions
•Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
•Collaborate with legal support staff and delegate appropriately
•Meet billable hour requirements and contribute to firm development through networking

Qualifications:
•Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
•3+ years of litigation and family law experience
•Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
•Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
•Passion for advocacy and service
