Strong consideration will be given to applicants having experience in all 3 skills described.
1) Strong listening and verbal communication skills
2) Skilled in navigating multiple applications and systems on a desktop or lap computer.
3) Accuracy and attention to detail.
Working on a Desktop/laptop computer. Using Microsoft Outlook. Use of account collection systems.
Answering inbound calls and provide servicing on loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and in charged off status due to debt being delinquent for an excessive number of days. Daily use of Conversant account access system, Microsoft Outlook, CACS account collection system.
