Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handles inbound calls from members needing service on their loans and credit cards
- Servicing includes taking payments over the phone, providing balances, requesting statements, payoff letters, paid in full letters, helping members enter into a settlement to resolve their debt.
Required Experience:
- Inbound call center experience servicing credit cards and loans in bankruptcy status, as part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and in charged off status due to debt being delinquent for an excessive number of days
- Experience using Outlook email system, Slack message system, & ability to learn account access system trained inhouse
- Strong communication skills
