Job Duties: Financial Operations Specialist
Take inbound calls and utilize internal systems to service accounts under a bankruptcy filing, estate situations and accounts that have charged off. Will need to utilize Microsoft office to track accounts thru excel at times along with keep updated thru emails on new processes and meetings. Will also utilize Slack to communicate with team members for assistance.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
1 year of combined customer contact, sales, or collections experience in the financial services industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience:
1 year servicing bank accounts in bankruptcy, charge-off status, and/or part of an estate of a deceased customer.
