PRG is partnered with a national law firm seeking  an HR Assistant to join their team. This is an opportunity to work with a great group of individuals.

Position: HR Assistant

Location: Austin, TX

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8: 00 a.M. 5: 00 p.M

The primary purpose of this position is to:  Assist with general HR functions including, but not limited to: data entry into HRIS system (including approving various changes and reconciling with Org Charts), performing insurance billing reconciliations and dealing with insurance invoices, maintaining FMLA Workbooks, assisting with monthly journal entries for Accounting and other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:
  • Processing various Employee Change Items in Dayforce
  • Creating monthly invoices for insurance billing and reconciling to payroll
  • Assisting with monthly journal entries for Financial Statements
  • Dealing with statistical requests from Client Services for RFP s
  • FMLA Workbook Updates
  • Service Awards
  • Primary back-up for Part Time HR Assistant
  • Benefits Back Up for onboarding/off-boarding employees
  • Assisting with other HR duties as necessary

Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of computers, software, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio), Ceridian Dayforce experience helpful                           
  • Strong Excel skills v-lookups, pivot tables etc.,
  • Customer service skills
