Supports business, learning performance consultants and instructional designers to gather and validate technical learning requirements. Develops interactive and engaging simulations and web-based training using Articulate 360; Adobe Creative Suite tools: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator; experience using WellSaid (or similar text-to-speech programs); Vyond (or similar animation programs); and, basic knowledge/understanding of Degreed, Workday, and SumTotal.  Assesses the learning outcomes that need to be developed; understands the performance expectations and gaps; derives and develops the appropriate learning solution. Performs intermediate to complex work assignments and training problem resolution for P&C Insurance Sales & Service.

Job Duties:
  • Develops interactive and engaging simulations and web-based training using Articulate 360, QuestionMark on Demand, and Adobe Creative Suite tools Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator. Experience with WellSaid (or similar text- to-speech programs); Vyond (or similar animation programs). Basic knowledge, understanding of Degreed, Workday, and SumTotal.
  • Establishes and communicates project details with internal business partners to validate that learning solutions align to business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness.
  • Organizes and works under strict production timelines while producing quality learning deliverables.
  • Conceptualizes, designs, and creates graphics for online applications that adhere to branding guidelines and meets customer needs.
  • Ability to acquire and applies intermediate knowledge of the business, its products, and processes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Minimum Experience:

4 or more years progressive work experience in instructional development software to include training industry experience and advanced knowledge of instructional design tools and methodologies.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills, project management skills, multi-tasking and project flexibility.
