Equipment and Tools Used / Working Conditions
- Laptop
- MCFA and Jungheinrich diagnostic software
- Microsoft Office and CRM
- Up to 50% travel.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 to 7 years overall experience.
- +5 years lift truck industry experience
- Dealers contact experience
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Interpretation of Engineering drawings / drafting
- Failure analysis experience
- Manufacturing processes
- Statistical analysis skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Project Management skills
- Extensive technical knowledge of IC and Electric MLA and Jungheinrich products

- Bachelor s Degree
- Experience can be substituted for education requirements
