About the opportunity

Education / Experience
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license valid in the State of Texas
- A minimum of 5 years of Land Development experience and proven knowledge in civil engineering and design is required;10 years of direct experience is preferred
- Specific experience with single family residential development projects, multi-family development projects and commercial development projects
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all land development projects to ensure on-time completion
- Assign tasks to the civil design team based on project needs
- Work with the project team to create or modify all civil design documents
- Ensure the civil team is using project-specific standards and that the design effort is progressing in the most efficient manner possible
- Apply engineering application software for land development design
- Perform engineering and design functions as necessary to meet project schedules
- Communicate and coordinate project activities with customer representatives, project team, and management
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of his/her work
