Job Description
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations. This role focuses on maintaining molding equipment, conveyor systems, and other production line machinery.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 3: 00 PM –1: 30 AM
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Voluntary overtime on Fridays
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and industrial equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on production line equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Repair and replace worn or defective parts such as seals, gaskets, and components
- Calibrate testing instruments and repaired equipment to required specifications
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment histories
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
- Conduct safety inspections and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with installation, modification, and setup of industrial equipment
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with solid understanding of hydraulics
- Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
