Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’ s Degree.
- 7 -10 years’ experience.
- Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Complex Problem Solving – Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

- Line Layout Development – Design a new layout or improve existing ones.
- Line Balancing – Balance the line for one piece flow.
- Change Management – Analyze EO requirements and implement changes.
- Design Fixtures – Design fixtures to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.
- NPP – Manage NPP with project management skills.
Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Proficient in engineering software(s) such as CREO & AUTOCAD.
- Comprehensive knowledge of material (properties, treatment, and testing).
- Good understanding of customer satisfaction and business skills.
- Basic to extensive I.E. Skills in time and motion analysis, capacity planning.
- Understanding of lean principles and 5S.
- 3-5 years of job-related experience preferred.
