Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift)
��Grand Prairie, TX (Onsite) | ��Monday–Thursday, 2: 00 PM –1: 00 AM
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production to meet schedule, efficiency, and throughput targets
- Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen)
- Monitor KPIs (SQDCM) and implement improvements to meet targets
- Ensure adherence to quality standards;lead root cause analysis (DMAIC, 5 Whys)
- Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and operators
- Conduct Gemba walks and lead daily tier meetings
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Maintenance)
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement background
- Experience leading Kaizen or CI events
- Knowledge of quality systems (PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
