Overview:

  • This resource will create user-experience related copy for the app.

  • Work with internal business partners in different product areas to ensure their business requirements are accurately represented on the app.

  • Review and edit content
  •  
  •  
  • Help organize the content & ensure standard naming conventions & standards are used.
  •  
  •  
  • The actual work is a mix between self-directed work & meetings
  •  
  •  
  • It’ s not specifically marketing copy, it’ s more user application and completing tasks on the app.
  •  
  •  

Requirements:
  •  
  •  
  • AEM is preferred but experience with any content management system is a huge plus.
  •  
  •  
    •  
    •  
    • currently modernizing their app, updating to AEM.
    •  
    •  
  •  
  •  
  • WordPress or another Adobe system.
  •  
  •  
  • Organization & detail-oriented
  •  
  •

  • Drafts content for Insurance experiences across various platforms
  •

  • Refines content based on stakeholder feedback
  •  
  •  
  • Conducts reviews with legal and compliance partners
  •  
  •  
  • Manages the content through the publishing process
  •  
  •  
  • Partners with design team to ensure accessibility needs are met
  •  
  •  
  • Performs duties as assigned to meet deliverable dates for the project timelines
  •  
  •  

Minimum Experience:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of projects with significant scope while influencing either direct marketing or cross-functional business teams.
