Summary of position:

The Operations Assistant uses customer service, organizational and administrative skills. The Operations Assistant provides administrative support to our field organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and triage calls
  • Coordinate shipping
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Compile and distribute standard operations and administrative reports
  • Complete additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • At least two years’related experience
  • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Customer service skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Professional verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail for both qualitative and quantitative information
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Ability to learn new computer applications
  • Team and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Deadline orientation
  • Multitasking ability
  • Discipline in adherence to administrative procedures/guidelines
  • Flexibility to manage varied work requests from multiple users
  • Extremely reliable work attendance
  • Availability to work overtime when needed
  • Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
