The Process Analyst is responsible for monitoring operational processes, designing key metrics and KPIs, and delivering data-driven insights that support continuous improvement across auto-related claims operations. This role partners closely with business teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and improve process outcomes through effective data analysis and reporting.
This position emphasizes process ownership, metrics design, and visualization, with a strong focus on Tableau-based reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze end-to-end processes to assess performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators aligned to business objectives.
- Pull, validate, and analyze data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to clearly display results and support decision-making.
- Track results over time, monitor process performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency by understanding and connecting to underlying database structures.
- Intermediate-level experience in process analysis, data analysis, or business analytics.
- Strong experience building metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Tableau experience is required (dashboard creation, data visualization).
- Experience working with Power Apps or similar tools.
- Ability to pull and work with complex data sets and understand database structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting process ownership or operational teams.
