Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage participant recruitment for all research studies and provide proactive communication throughout the planning phase
- Partner with recruiters to ensure study timelines stay on track, quality check updates as they are submitted, and flag any issues early and often for discussion
- Ensure timely receipt of participant consent forms, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Execute and uphold relevant controls during the research process to ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Support control testing efforts in collaboration with risk partners, maintain and document risk processes, and conduct quality checks on materials to ensure satisfactory results.
- Oversee research lab operations to ensure smooth execution of studies, including supporting teams onsite during active research sessions, managing lab logistics, materials, and equipment, and troubleshooting issues, as needed, to optimize the research environment
- Own and manage monthly metrics, reporting, and communications to provide visibility into research activities
- Identify efficiencies and improvements in research operations, workflows, and reporting metrics
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, 4 years
- Experience supporting participant recruitment and/or research facility operations, 4 years
- Experience with documentation, metrics, and reporting, 4 years
- Keen attention to detail & self motivated
- Experience using MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint), FigJam, Confluence Wiki
- UX Research is a huge plus
