- Conduct a Project Handover Meeting with the Sales Team to officially assume responsibility of the project.

- Refine the Bill of Materials, plan purchasing, and issue Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Organize the Project Team and refine the installation plan
- Coordinate the installation plan with the Owner, General Contractor, Other Trades, and Subcontractors
- Participate in and oversee the installation
- Conduct regular quality control inspections of the work
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
- Educate, train, and retrain Project Team to ensure high standards and continuous development
- Receive change orders, participate in building proposals for the change orders, incorporate approved change orders into the project, and maintain an accurate accounting of all changes
- Identify, write, submit, and track Requests for Information
- Build invoice requests, submit invoice packages to the Accounts Receivable Manager, and ensure accurate and comprehensive invoices go to the customer
- Manage costs throughout the project
- Coordinate software programming effort and training with the Programming Team and Owner
- Conduct pre-testing and final commissioning of projects
- Manage the build-out of the Post-Construction Submittal Package

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 of those years spent managing in the general construction and/or specialty trade contracting industries
- Think critically, reason, and solve problems
- Plan, organize, and manage resources
- Make timely and accurate decisions
- Communicate effectively in oral and written formats
- Mitigate risks and problems and resolve any conflicts that arise
- Motivate team members to accomplish tasks
- Proficiently use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe
- Be a subject matter expert on installing and servicing access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems
- Understand the basics of IP networking and IP-based equipment
- Know and enforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and requirements
- Obtain and maintain a security license through the Texas Department of Public Safety
Compensation:
- Salary ranging between $75, 000 and $115, 000 per year, based on experience, training, and fit for position
- 2 weeks of vacation and earn additional vacation in accordance with the Company Handbook
- Inclusion in the Operations Incentive Program, which shares excess profit as a bonus
- 401K available (matching dollar-for-dollar up to 4% gross salary)
