  • Knowledge of third party collections call center regulations, experience in Real Estate Call Center, Previous Call Observation experience
  • ACEs, Call Monitoring Platform, Excel
  • Gridspace, Nice, ACEs


Job Description:
  • Listen to 15 calls per day
  • Reviews, learns, and understands software functionality to properly test specific features
  • Under direct supervision of senior stakeholders such as Testers or Senior Testers, conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyzes results to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
  • Executes test cases, analyze the results and submits the observations to senior members, who validate the analysis
  • Records problems and issues in accordance with project's problem and issues management plans
  • Documents defects and generates test metrics
  • Tracks defects to resolution within defined timeframe
  • Can write basic scripts in querying languages such as SQL to validate test findings
