This role marries technical finesse with an understanding of marketing nuances, requiring the incumbent to be a savvy Salesforce navigator and a partner to our marketing team.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Take on the stewardship of our Salesforce environment, meticulously maintaining all basic administrative functions such as user account upkeep, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other day-to-day tasks.
- Forge productive partnerships with stakeholders to understand their requirements, allowing you to shape the Salesforce platform to serve our evolving business needs seamlessly.
- Synchronize with our marketing team to merge their vision with Salesforce's capabilities, fostering a synergy that amplifies our customer engagement efforts.
- Maintain and automate business processes using custom objects and workflow rules, and document enhancements and maintenance tasks.
- Champion data cleanliness and integrity, ensuring our customer data in Salesforce remains accurate, relevant, and beneficial.
- Be the torchbearer of Salesforce knowledge in our organization, crafting and conducting enlightening training sessions to drive user adoption and best practices.
- Ensure the creation and conservation of comprehensive documentation outlining processes, policies, and Salesforce help resources.
- Configure functional customizations including, but not limited to, adding picklist values, modifying page layouts, and creating mapping rules.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining Salesforce security policies.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within the world of finance or marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce marketing tools at a level that supports weaving them into broader marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of custom objects, salesforce lightning, and lightning design system.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, managing access, and crafting custom reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity using the sales and service cloud.
