Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
Declarative development, including not but limited to extensive use of Schedulers, Triggers, Queueable jobs, Lightning flows to meet the business process requirements
Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements
Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, jQuery. This is a fresh project; we intend to not use Aura/Visualforce.
Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization primarily using MuleSoft
Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development. Write code only when you must!
Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business,
Supporting the Salesforce Administrator, take up admin activities when needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’ s degree
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Salesforce Admin (201) and Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred
Strong experience in LWC, Apex development
Strong experience in JavaScript, REST APIs
Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask
