Job Description


We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on elevating digital member experiences. In this role, you’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions across complex, large-scale initiatives.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end UX execution for large, complex digital products, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design delivery.
  • Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate business goals and research findings into meaningful, user-centered design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with established design systems and usability best practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions to build alignment, drive consensus, and move initiatives forward.
  • Apply human-centered design principles to improve website navigation, mobile experiences, information architecture, and usability.
  • Design responsive web and native mobile interfaces (iOS, Android) in fast-paced, Agile environments.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading UX for large-scale, complex digital projects.
  • Strong ability to connect business objectives, user research, and design execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability standards, and accessibility considerations.
  • Proficiency with Figma, online usability testing tools, MS Office Suite, and working within a design system.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital UX work across web and/or mobile platforms.
