Looking to take the next step in your public accounting journey? A leading firm in San Antonio is looking for a Tax Supervisor. This is a hybrid role 3 days onsite and 2 remote with a team that values professional growth, fun, and flexibility.

- Prepare complex tax returns and review work prepared by junior staff
- Guide and mentor junior tax team members
- Support tax planning strategies and compliance
- Research current tax laws and stay up to date on changes
- Communicate with clients and help manage project timelines and budgets
- Participate in professional development and pursue CPA or EA certification
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (advanced degree a plus)
- CPA or EA licensed or actively pursuing
- Minimum 4 years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Strong compliance, tax prep, and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship
