Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to support large-scale, complex product experiences across responsive web and native applications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Figma, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Design intuitive user interfaces for responsive web and mobile (iOS/Android) apps.
- Translate business goals and research findings into high-impact UX solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to define problems, facilitate sessions, and deliver end-to-end experiences.
- Support multiple design streams, contributing to a cohesive product suite.
- Ensure designs align with risk and compliance standards.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices (navigation, IA, mobile patterns).
- Experience designing for enterprise products and large programs.
- Ability to synthesize research and present design decisions clearly.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and design documentation.
