Job Description
Job Duties:
- As an Intermediate UX Designer, you will collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences
- Key responsibilities include generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced environment
- A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several different products within a complex large-scale program in different phases of delivery
- Responsible for supporting the business team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery
Required Experience:
- Four years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
- A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required
- Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.)
- Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups
- A working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability
- Proficient in using Figma, Experience with UserZoom, Jira
