Description:

As a UX (user experience) designer, you would be working remotely, responsible for improving the user's experience of insurance products on Mobile Web and Apps and Desktop by making them easier to use, using human-centered design practices. You’ll conduct unmoderated user research using prototypes designed in Figma, defining goals, success measures and synthesizing the results to report insights and recommendations to design and business teams. After collaborating with your team and internal clients to determine design requirements and business goals, you’ll present designs of your work to your team and internal clients. You proficiently articulate sound design rationale, influencing both coworkers and leaders to adopt your solutions. This is because you have an aptitude for interpreting strategic direction into coherent and effectively designed experiences.

Design research: defining goals, success measures and synthesis to report insights and recommendations

Visual design: must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of foundational visual design skills    
  • Figma, UserZoom, Adobe Illustrator, Mural (or equivalent)
  • Consume requirements and interpret them into interfaces
  • Assess research insights and ideate UI solutions
  • Present solutions to team or business using solid rationale
  • Define goals and success measures for research studies
  • Interpret goals into effective, measurable studies
  • Create prototypes for research studies
  • Synthesize research results into actionable design recommendations
  • Following Corporate Brand Design Language
  • Research support
  • Need to see their Human Centered Design process
  • Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD)
  • Visual Design
  • Soft skills (communication, teamwork, creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, work ethic, critical thinking and conflict management, etc.)
  • Execution using Corporate Design Language
  • Design Research
  • Human Centered Design practice skills
